Your Ortega Animal Care Center experience would not be complete without a tour of our luxurious Five-Star Pet Hotel. Each suite is individually decorated with all the creature comforts you or your pet could imagine.
Our pampered dogs enjoy suites with raised beds, window views, homey décor and televisions in every suite area. In addition to lounging in one of our posh suites, our canine guests can also enjoy a full array of doggie delights including, personalized play time, splash pools, treadmills, playgroups, agility equipment and yappy hour.
We also understand a cat’s individual needs and cater to their aristocratic tastes. Nothing is too good for our finicky felines so we’ve decorated their suites with tiffany lamps, cozy beds, soft pillows, specially designed climbing structures, lounging shelves and televisions. For those who like a little extra, we offer the option of individual laser tag play time and one-on-one kitty cuddles provided by our attentive pet hotel staff.

| Our Feline Guests can enjoy optional extra special hotel choices while with us. We offer Kitty Cuddles to help them feel right at home as well as Laser Tag and Bubble Chasing that appeal to a cat's inquisitive nature. |
Our Canine Guests have a wide variety of fun choices too. Pre-approved dogs can join in Play Group or, if your dog is not comfortable in a group, we have Personal Play Time. A day of playing, romping in the splash pool and chasing bubbles will leave your dog relaxed and ready to retire to his or her personal suite. |
